| Our Mission at Westchester is to be the premiere national provider of agricultural asset acquisition, management and marketing services. We will achieve the ownership and investment objectives of our institutional, corporate and individual clients, financial growth for our shareholders, and a motivating, enjoyable environment for our associates.
As a nationally prominent agricultural asset management player, Westchester has played a role in the acquisition, marketing or management of more than $2 billion in land in 40 states since 1986. Our Auction division alone has sold over $1.2 billion in real estate. As farm and asset managers, Westchester currently manages nearly 70,000 acres in 11 states and over $400 million in client assets. We manage crops such as Midwest grains, Florida citrus, Arizona vegetables, Mid-south cotton, California almonds and wine grapes, and Washington apples. With regional offices across the country, Westchester is never far from the land it manages.
Westchester has strategic alliances with Cozad Asset Management and the Schrader Auction Company, Inc. Cozad/Westchester is the leader in agricultural asset management for institutions with over $400 million in assets, while Schrader/Westchester is the largest agricultural real estate auction partnership in the United States. |
